Supporting statement:

You must show the outcomes your project hopes to achieve (Max 200 words)

(What will this grant help your organisation to achieve? Why is it needed? Who will benefit? How will they benefit?)

The money will go towards purchasing a laser cutter, which will initially be installed at Ransoms rec, but ultimately in our own facility. We are hoping to complete the purchase in the next few months. This is a quality piece of equipment that will provide benefit over many years. The running and maintenance costs have been budgeted for and will be covered by member’s contributions. This piece of equipment will allow members to develop their design and construction skills. The Triangle Gardens group are also excited about the possibilities the laser cutter brings to help with their work – it can be used to make signs and tools for their activities.
